General Terms and Conditions
1. Customers are advised to read the product information carefully when making a purchase. If you have any questions, please contact customer service via WhatsApp at 98033200 to ensure you are purchasing the appropriate product. All goods sold are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
2. Customers must pay the full cost of the purchased products or settle any outstanding payments before delivery by our company; if the balance is still not cleared at the time of delivery, our company reserves the right to forfeit the deposit paid and reclaim the relevant products.
3. The company reserves ownership of the relevant products until the customer has paid the full amount for the purchase of the products, and all risks associated with the products will be considered transferred to the customer at the same time the relevant products are delivered to the customer.
4. All estimated delivery dates or times are only estimates by our company. We shall not be responsible for any delays or any consequences arising therefrom.
5. This terms and conditions contain the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior discussions, statements, understandings, and agreements.
6. The company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event of any disputes, the company reserves the final decision-making authority.
Product Ordering, Exchange Terms and Conditions
1. Ordering, replacement, delivery, and installation services are only applicable to specified products.
2. If the ordered product is out of stock, customers can choose to exchange it for another model or request a refund.
3. Customers can only request a refund, exchange, or order cancellation due to out-of-stock items or non-human damage. If the issue is due to size mismatch, an exchange can be requested, but refunds or order cancellations are not allowed; other situations will not be accepted.
4. When exchanging the product, please return it along with the receipt, packaging, accessories, and instruction manual.
5. When exchanging a product, the item must not be damaged, worn, or wet.
6. If there are any gifts included, the gifts must be returned along with the product; otherwise, the value of the gifts will be deducted from the amount.
7. During the promotional period, the products listed in the order will be subject to the relevant promotional prices. Except for the above circumstances, our company will not provide any price difference compensation for products ordered outside the promotional period.
Terms and Conditions for Electric Product Maintenance
1. Customermust keep the official purchase receipt . Customer must present the invoice or receipt during repairs; otherwise, customer will not be entitled to maintenance services. Maintenance will not be provided if it is beyond the maintenance period or does not meet the terms.
2. The on-site maintenance service is limited to areas within Hong Kong. If travel to outlying islands or remote areas is required, customers must pay the relevant fees for the technician's visit (for details, please consult the store staff).
3. Maintenance services do not include any damage caused by water, fire, negligence, accidents, improper use, abuse, incorrect voltage, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized repairs.
4. Maintenance does not include issues that are not damaged but are concerns for the customer, such as motor operation sounds, noise, or normal friction sounds (excluding abnormally loud noises), or self-transporting to another location, transportation damage, human damage, natural wear and tear, accidental damage, repair errors not recognized by the company, modifications or negligence, improper installation, and self-replacement of non-original parts. The above are not covered under maintenance. If any of the above situations occur, the maintenance period will be immediately void. 5. The following situations are not covered by the warranty: damage to consumable parts such as wheels, seats, pedals, handrails, and wires, as well as loose screws or plugs. Additionally, if the battery fails due to not being charged for more than a month, warranty service will also not be available.
6. Maintenance services do not cover appearance issues such as wear, scratches, or stains on the product's surface.
7. If the customer needs to pay for on-site repair, please provide a video/photo that clearly shows the malfunction. On-site service will incur additional charges based on the current quote; if the customer's location is in a remote area, on-site service cannot be arranged, and the customer must bring the product to the store for processing.
8. Other areas such as genuine leather, fabric, stitching, and sponge are not included in the maintenance scope. Leather is a natural material, and there are variations in texture and scars. It is normal for the brushed areas to show relaxation or wrinkles after being pressed. Genuine leather may have color differences due to lighting and texture, and the semi-leather brushed synthetic leather may also have slight color differences compared to genuine leather.
9. The product maintenance and repair services are subject to terms and conditions. In case of any disputes, Smart Technology (Hong Kong) Limited reserves the right to make the final revisions to these warranty terms and conditions.
Other considerations
1. Each product has its own unique usage guidelines, please use the product appropriately according to the instructions.
2. The seat height/comfort of the sofa may vary depending on the softness/hardness of the materials and the level of use, or it may differ from the display items in the store.
3. Customers of soft furnishings must accept that each product specification will have a tolerance of + / - 2 inches.
4. To avoid the electric grooming table from tipping over, do not stand, sit, or place excessive objects on the footrest that is already extended or in the process of being extended at any time.
