Delivery Service Arrangement Guidelines

1. Areas where delivery services are not provided include: restricted zones, roads inaccessible to vehicles of 5.5 tons or more, exhibition venues, hotels, boat houses, construction sites, and locations where delivery is not permitted due to the need for lifting via terrace or on-site conditions. If goods need to be delivered to passenger terminals, container terminals, or airports, customers must bear the relevant additional shipping costs and are responsible for arranging sea, air, and road transportation as well as the loading and unloading of goods.

2. The information provided by the customer, including but not limited to the delivery address and contact phone number, must be accurate and correct.

3. If the delivery location does not have an elevator or if the goods need to be delivered via stairs, the customer must pay a handling fee for each item per floor. Additional charges will apply based on the number of flights of stairs and the size and weight of the goods, ranging from HK$60 to HK$300 per floor (for details, please consult customer service via WhatsApp at 98033200).

4. If there are any changes or cancellations to the delivery date, please call our store at least two business days before the delivery date to make the necessary arrangements, and confirmation from our company will be required. Otherwise, our company will charge an additional service fee.

5. If the customer does not notify a change of date or address before the scheduled delivery date and no one is available to receive the delivery, resulting in a failure to receive the goods and requiring a rescheduling of the delivery date, the customer must pay additional shipping fees.

6. If there is severe weather, serious flooding, road blockages or closures, or other force majeure events on the day of delivery, the delivery service may be delayed or suspended. Our store will contact customers within twenty-four hours via text message or phone to make further arrangements. Re-delivery services will be notified separately and will not incur additional charges.

7. Customers must ensure that the delivery address, passageways, main doors, and elevator doors are of sufficient size to allow the products to enter. It is recommended that customers clear enough space (such as at doorways and hallways) before the arrival of the delivery personnel to facilitate smooth operations. The company will not be responsible for any damage to interior decorations or furniture caused by insufficient space at the address or environmental factors.

8. During the delivery period, customers should personally inspect the goods on-site to ensure that all product accessories are complete and intact. Once the goods have been inspected or installed and the customer has signed for them, it is considered confirmed as correct. If there is any damage afterward, our company will not provide replacements or refunds.

*Refers to any person signing for delivery at the delivery address, including but not limited to the customer themselves and their family, domestic helpers, representatives of renovation companies, or dealers, etc.
