Senior Workshop Combining Technology, Sports, and Creativity

We organize a variety of workshops specifically for seniors in Hong Kong, with course designs that focus on enhancing social interaction among the elderly. This allows participants to learn new skills, promote social interaction, and improve their quality of life in a relaxed and enjoyable environment. We can arrange for participants to attend classes off-site and also provide venue rental services, which are particularly suitable for elderly care homes and community centers. Whether it's providing outreach activities for care homes or assisting in alleviating the planning pressure of institutional activities, we can offer corresponding solutions.

We have currently launched the following Cantonese workshops, suitable for groups of 15 to 20 participants. Some courses even offer free spots, covering practical and creative interest classes for seniors in Hong Kong:

• Smart Glucose Monitoring Watch Workshop: Learn to Use Technology to Manage Health.
• Exercise Correction Workshop: Taught by experts certified by the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), providing personal assessments and recommending targeted exercises to improve posture and fitness.
• Walking Stick Creation Workshop: Combining practicality and art to create personalized walking sticks.
