The PU surface cover layer consists of "airbag units" made from medical-grade PVC (polyvinyl chloride) material. These airbag units are arranged in a wave pattern on the mattress, and through an air pump, they alternate between inflating and deflating, creating a wave-like motion that achieves pressure alternation and helps prevent pressure sores.

Soft, waterproof, easy to clean, and can be inflated and deflated repeatedly without easily breaking or aging, making it suitable for long-term bedridden patients.
